Welcome to Pacific Legion (pacificlegionnz.com). These terms set out the basis on which you may use this website and the free social game it hosts. By entering the site and confirming your age, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. A free, entertainment-only game
Pacific Legion is a free social game provided purely for entertainment. It is not a casino, betting service, gambling operator or affiliate of any such service. There is no opportunity to gamble, wager or win real money or anything of monetary value.
2. No real money, purchases or prizes
- The game is free to play. We do not charge to access it.
- There are no deposits, withdrawals, purchases or in-game payments.
- Any coins, credits or points are virtual, exist only inside the game, have no monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, cashed out, transferred or exchanged for cash, goods or services.
- There are no cash prizes, jackpots or real-world rewards.
3. You must be 18 or over
The game uses a casino-style format and is intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the site you confirm that you are at least 18. We ask you to confirm this on your first visit and store that confirmation in your browser. If you are under 18, please do not use the game.
4. Acceptable use
When using Pacific Legion, you agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the site, its content or other visitors;
- attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, copy or disrupt the game or the website;
- misrepresent your age or use the site on behalf of anyone under 18.
5. Browser storage
We store a small amount of information in your own browser to remember your age confirmation and your storage preference, and the game may remember display and sound settings. 6. Intellectual property
The Pacific Legion name, branding, written content, artwork and the game presented on this site are protected by intellectual property rights. You may enjoy the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, but you may not reproduce, redistribute or exploit the content without permission.
7. Disclaimer
The game and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep everything running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. The game outcomes are generated for entertainment and have no bearing on any real-world activity.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacific Legion and its operators will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other New Zealand law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Responsible and mindful play
