Looking after yourself

Mindful play

Pacific Legion is meant to be a light, no-stakes bit of fun. There is no real money here and nothing to chase — but it is still worth playing thoughtfully. Here is how we think about it, and where to turn if you ever need a hand.

No real money, ever. This is a free social game. You cannot deposit, withdraw, buy coins or win cash, and the virtual points have no monetary value. That removes the financial side of things entirely — but mindful habits still make for better play.

Keeping play in good measure

  • Treat the game as entertainment, the same way you would a film or a puzzle.
  • Decide how long you want to play before you start, and take regular breaks.
  • Remember the points are virtual. There is nothing to win back and nothing to lose.
  • Play when you are relaxed, not to escape stress, boredom or low mood.
  • Keep play balanced with sleep, kai, people and the rest of your day.
  • If the fun fades, step away. The reels will still be here another time.

A gentle reminder

Games should feel good. If this one stops, take a break.

The reels will keep until next time. There is no streak to protect, no balance to defend and nothing real on the line — so step away whenever it suits you.
